Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is a Baton Rouge-based restaurant that is one of the fastest growing concepts in the nation.  We have worked with Walk-On’s for a long time starting with renovations and ground-up projects.   Throughout our projects together, we continue to work with them and their franchisees to reduce cost, increase construction times, and streamline the processes.   We have designed almost 20 locations with about half of them being renovations.
