City Pork LSU

Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA

 Renovation included local brand City Pork featuring sandwiches and charcuterie, and local brand Rev Coffee featuring espresso and gelato.  The Café featured limited seating, but the design integrated existing interior and exterior public areas to accommodate rush periods.  Additional design features include a bookable study/meeting space and the ability for the front serving line to convert to a catering line for use during school hosted events.
