Sagamore

The Pool Bar and Kitchen designed for the Sagamore Pendry boutique hotel is perched at the end of the Recreation Pier with panoramic views of the harbor, marina, and skyline.  The design is unobtrusive with a material palette that plays to vernacular of the harbor.  The typology of the building, a purpose-built modular container, allowed for a shortened design and construction time frame.  The entire structure was built off-site and craned to the pier allowing for minimal disruption to activities at the pier.
